About Leadership Coaching

Coaching is a professional, confidential and powerful alliance. As a coach, I am an encouraging guide, partner and confidante who will help you to become a more effective and inspired leader. Even with all the rewards and satisfaction that can come from making a difference in the world and inspiring others to do the same, being a leader can also be challenging and isolating. Leaders need support and encouragement to be successful, and they need to develop healthy attitudes and behaviors in order to be sustained in their work for the long haul. There is a great deal of “public” work to being an effective leader – there is a critical, private journey as well.

I offer specialized coaching to leaders in non-profit organizations and socially responsible businesses, as well as to activists and social entrepreneurs. When we begin working together, I will guide you through a multi-step process using a variety of proven tools and techniques to assess where you are in the development of your leadership, and to reveal where you truly want to be. Once you are clear about your vision, we will work together to set goals, create plans, and celebrate successes as you become the leader you are meant to be.
